When you’re traveling through Raleigh, North Carolina, there are many things that you should stop and see. Beyond the bustling terminals at the airport is a world of hidden gems that are must-visit spots for you to explore. Whether you’re faced with a lengthy layover or staying for a few days, here are some places you should consider.

 

1. Art and Culture in Chapel Hill 

Perhaps you’re an art enthusiast who can’t get enough gallery viewings. While it’s not the Louvre in France, you’ll be amazed at the art and culture that awaits you in the Chapel Hill area. Artistic expression comes to life in this town, as you can explore one of the many galleries or watch a live performance. The streets are historic and resonate with the rich heritage of this cultural town.
