How do I find my shuttle after I arrive at the airport?

Please be sure to note that My RDU Airport Shuttle does not have a counter on the airport property. Instead we recommend to our customers to call 919-728-0195 upon arrival at Raleigh-Durham International airport (RDU). Our customer service department will also give our customers a courtesy call or text once your flight arrives. To help our representative get in contact with you, please provide a good contact number for the day of travel when making your reservations.

Where is the pick up location?

If you arrive on Southwest Airlines, Terminal 1, our pick-up area is Zone 1. It’s across the crosswalk on the commercial courtesy Island. After crossing turn left and walk to the end of the platform. For All other airlines, Terminal 2 , our pick-up location is zone 8. Which is located on the ground floor across the crosswalk on the commercial courtesy Island. After crossing turn right and proceed to the end on the island. Please note that Terminal 1 only serves Southwest Airline.

What is the fastest way to make a reservation?

The quickest way to make a reservation is through our website. You may also book by phone, text message and/or fax.

Can I make a reservation at any time?

Yes, you can make a reservation on our website 24 hours a day. We recommend you book as soon as possible, but the latest we accept reservations is 24 hours before service is to be rendered.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What to do if I don’t have any checked bags?

Once you have gotten off of your flight, call Customer Service at 919-728-0195 and proceed to the Limo Zone on the commercial courtesy island, across the crosswalk from baggage claim. The driver is only allowed three minutes curbside which is regulated by RDU Airport police.

How soon do I need to make a reservation?

As soon as you know when you need transportation is the best time for you to make the reservation. This offers the best availability of service options. Usually reservation fill up forty-eight hours for any given date, especially for shared shuttle.

We are A+ Accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We also partner with the Greater Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureaus.

Do you offer senior discounts?

Yes, we do offer a 10% senior discount. Please use promo code SENIOR.

Do you offer military discounts?

We offer special rates for military installations.

How early should be at the airport to catch our flight?

You should be at the airport an hour and a half early for domestic flights and two hours early for international flights.

What Time should I make my private reservation for a ride TO RDU?

Generally, RDU recommends arriving at the airport 1.5 hours before your flight for Domestic and 2 hours for international flight. Please take your travel time and these recommendations into account when determining your pick up time.

What time should I make my private reservation for a ride FROM RDU?

On average it takes 30 after flight time to claim checked luggage. You should allow for this if travelling with checked bags.

What time should I make my reservation for a SHARED ride to the airport?

Shared ride adds between 30 minutes to an hour to travel time. Please take this into consideration along with the other information provided on this page.
