My driver, Robert, went above and beyond the call of duty while getting me and my 90 pound Husky to the airport on time.He helped me with my cargo drop off (my dog) and was incredibly pleasant and nice about it.We also had a very engaging conversation on the ride to the airport.Unfortunately, the airport ride was to catch a plane to the West Coast, my new home.I would certainly calll Robert and myRDU shuttle again if I could.I waaay recommend him and the shuttle service!

Awesome experience! My sister and I were going to rent.a car to visit family in Pinehurst, but the weather was awful. The morning of the trip, I was able to call and get a driver for later the same day, though advance reservations are advisable. Our driver was on time, and communicated clearly. We thoroughly enjoyed what would have been a stressful journey. Highly recommend and will use again!

My second transport experience was excellent! The Transportation Consultant, Carlton, whom I requested for this ride, is an experienced and careful driver. He arrived a few minutes early for a 6:30 a.m. pick-up, and got me to the airport with plenty of time for security screening and check-in for my flight. The experience was stress free! I will definitely use My RDU Airport Shuttle, and driver Carlton if possible, whenever I fly into RDU!

Our customer service department will also give our customers a courtesy call or text once your flight arrives. To help our representative get in contact with you, please provide your airline and flight number when making your reservations.
If you arrive at terminal 2, our pick-up area is zone 15 which is located at the ground floor across the crosswalk. For terminal 1, our pick-up location is zone 8. Please note that terminal 1 only serves Southwest Airlines and Air Tran.
